My kid admitted (again)..
Zayd is not even 2 years old, but has been admitted for the 2nd time in his life..
My wife received a call from nursery on Wednesday afternoon, telling that zayd’s temperature is high & had vomited 3 times.. he was so passive & weak, unlike the normal him.. that night the temperature rose to 39.5 deg Celsius..
Yesterday we took him to hospital and straight away being admitted.. besides high grade fever, he also have problem with his breathing & throat.. no wonder he doesn’t want to eat anything.. his oral intake is very poor.. he didn’t had anything for the past 24 hours, and counting.. iv drip has been given twice so far.. and the diagnose today – suspected lung infection..
Now, at the time of writing, zayd still lying on hospital’s bed accompanied by his mother.. i went back home with aisyah at about 8.40pm, even though the visiting hour is until 7pm.. aisyah is just 4 years old, but could understand his brother’s illness and miss playing with him..
i hope & pray that zayd will recover the soonest.. ameen…

I Injured My ‘Lateral Meniscus’
What the hell is that? meniscus is a structure that separates 2 joints on your knee.. medial meniscus is the inner part, lateral meniscus is the outer..
Mine was injured last week when i had an accident in PJ.. I didn’t feel the pain until yesterday. A slight movement on my right knee will trigger a deep pricking pain. Arrgghhh!! I shouted silently, not to annoyed anyone around me.. hehe.. but fellow readers, too bad you have to read all the negative stuff here. That’s something i didnt plan.. but I promise to feed something more interesting soon..
ok back to the lateral meniscus thing.. i took xray for both my leg this morning.. it was quite fast as everything completed at about 930am. unfortunately i have to wait for the orthopedic doctor to review the xray & examine my knee.. that one i have to wait until 2.30pm.. the doctor was kind & nice (he’s a guy so dont get me wrong), but i hate it when he bent my leg to find the source of pain.. Arrrgghhh!! I shouted half heartedly and there it is.. ‘lateral meniscus’ he said..
The tear was minor, so simple medication should be good enough to heal the injury.. unless the pain still persistent after 2 months, then scope has to be done.. i’m not sure if that’s the right word but he means is simple: punch a hole for a camera to enter.. eeeiiii.. scary maaaa..
I must go thru few sessions of physioteraphy, the first one is on 5th August.. the date has been set.. now i feel like a football superstar fighting against time to be fit again with the help of a therapist.. hahah..

Another Magical Item On The Street?
Have you heard of ‘Nano Magical Chip’? It can do wonders as claimed by a seller I met few months ago. Now he is not to be found at the place he used to be.
Last week I came across another street trader promoting ‘stones’. It’s oval in shape, a little bit rounded, red colour just like strepsils. The trader proudly announced these stones are the solution to our sight problem – be it short or long sighted. RM10 is what it takes to keep all the problems away…

What you need to do is dip the stone in water (preferably mineral water but tap water will do), then drop the remains water from the stone into your eyes. One drop left, one drop right. Do it once a day and in no time you won’t need your spectacles anymore. WOW! This could replace lasik and save thousands of dollars. Too good to be true!
But really my friend, would you gamble your eyes for a RM10 stone from a guy on the street? A guy you won’t be seeing again for the rest of your life? I won’t. Unless you are my closest friend, have tried and proved it works, then I wouldn’t be hesitated to have a go…
I don’t want to 100% utter this thing won’t work. God promises that every disease / illness comes with a cure. Who knows if this guy is right? And I’m the one being a jerk? Hope not..
My colleague offered me a bottle of eye toner, called Hijrah. I’m not desperate as my power is just 150/175. But i’m skeptical…
